At 1100 AM AST (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Sebastien was located near latitude 25.2 North, longitude 55.3 West. Sebastien is moving toward the east-northeast near 15 mph (24 km/h). An east-northeastward or northeastward motion at a similar forward speed is expected through the weekend.
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts. Continued gradual weakening is anticipated and Sebastien is forecast to dissipate by early next week.
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 160 miles (260 km) from the center.
