SURF: Large swells generated by Teddy are affecting Bermuda, the Lesser Antilles, the Greater Antilles, the Bahamas, the east coast of the United States, and Atlantic Canada. These swells are likely to cause lifethreatening surf and rip current conditions. Please consult products from your local weather office.

At 200 PM AST (1800 UTC),the center of PostTropical Cyclone Teddy was located near latitude 47.5 North, longitude 60.3 West. The posttropical cyclone is moving toward the northnortheast near 29 mph (46 km/h), and this motion with an increase in forward speed is expected for the next day or so. On the forecast track, the center be moving near Newfoundland through tonight, and be east of Labrador on Thursday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 60 mph (95 km/h) with higher gusts. Teddy should slowly weaken today before dissipating on Thursday.

Tropicalstormforce winds extend outward up to 205 miles (335 km) from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 974 mb (28.76 inches).
