A tropical wave will move across the peninsula this weekend, enhancing rainfall and potentially washing out holiday plans for many Floridians.

Multiple waves are forecast to emerge over the warming waters of the eastern Atlantic in the next few days, and one of them may approach the U.S. in about a week.
