Matthew is re-strengthening. After passing over the eastern tip of Cuba early Tuesday morning, Hurricane Hunter Data and satellite images confirm that the storm's eye has become better defined and winds were increasing. Hurricane Matthew is expected to strengthen into a Category 4 storm as it approaches Florida's Atlantic Coast Thursday afternoon.
