The center of Hurricane #Sally is still over the Gulf, south of Mobile, AL. Heavy rain in the NE quadrant of the storm is wrapping into the western #Panhandle. Sally is expected to dump over 1 foot of rain in that area and life-threatening flooding will be possible. #FLwx
