Tropical Depression #TwentyEight has formed south of Cuba. It is expected to intensify into TS Zeta by Mon as it tracks into the Gulf. Landfall is expected sometime late Wed and the #Panhandle is in the cone of uncertainty. We'll continue to closely monitor this system. #FLwx
